It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of IAM Local Lodge 1930 member, Reynaldo Lagarde, a Recreation Leader Specialist from Parks & Recreation at our Senior Center. He took care of his family members who were fighting COVID and then lost the battle against COVID himself.
Prior to his City employment, he graduated with a Masters of Science and went on to become a Deputy Commander in the Philippine Navy and retired as a Commander of Philippine Naval Ship Building.
He will be missed dearly by his family and our community.
